GECCO  (THE GOOD EYE CARE CORPORATION), was borne out of the interest to help retail optometrists address their particular challenges, work to the full scope of their licenses, and achieve greater profitability.

In addition to the standard Billing Services, we assist our clients every step of the way from not doing any independent billing, to complete independent billing.  The Complete Practice Solution provides complementary practice management  assistance that ordinary billing services do not provide:
  • ATTENTION WALMART DOCTORS--GECCO will transfer all the Vision Insurance contracts you have with your corporate partner to one that uses your own tax ID and GECCO’s corporate address

  • GECCO will complete and submit all Medical and Vision Insurance plan applications on your behalf, including Medicare and Medicaid.  All we need from you is one standard credentialing application and the necessary supporting documents.

  • assistance in personalizing your treatment sheets

  • assistance in the development of your route slip

  • medical record documentation requirements for proper CPT coding

  • doctor-patient interaction support, which can make or break your success in billing.

  • GECCO will assist you in establishing your own national CAQH account.  The CAQH is a national credentialing clearinghouse that many insurance plans access on a regular basis to monitor your worthiness to remain a provider.  If you do not establish and maintain this account, you are in jeopardy of losing your provider status.
